What will be the system requirements?
Modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) with Web3 support.
Sufficient computer or mobile device performance to run the browser and web3 wallet simultaneously.
A stable internet connection is required to confirm transactions.
What settings should a wallet have for payment?
Make sure you have MetaMask or another compatible Web3 provider installed.
Add BNB Chain, Ethereum, TRON, or Solana network using RPC data (available in the Network Support section).
Always keep your seed phrase in a safe place - losing the phrase will result in losing access to your wallet.
What networks and tokens will BAFEX support?
At launch, the following are supported:
BNB Chain (BEP-20): BAFEX, USDT, USDC
Ethereum (ERC-20): BAFEX, USDT, USDC
TRON (TRC-20): USDT
Solana (BAFEX may be released later)
More networks and tokens are planned to be added as we scale.
Where will the liquidity come from?
Part of the tokens (15%) is reserved for liquidity pools on DEX (PancakeSwap, Uniswap).
Early Market Makers and funds interested in supporting the BAFEX rate are forming additional reserves.
With each listing on new exchanges, liquidity increases due to affiliate programs and market makers.
How will the goods be delivered?
Sellers independently choose the delivery service (postal service, courier, local pick-up point).
The lot card always indicates the maximum delivery time and cost (if paid by the seller or buyer, depending on the settings).
All products undergo internal checks for originality (automatically via AI analysis or manual verification) to minimize the risk of counterfeiting.
How to pass KYC/AML and why is it needed?
When registering, in the section “Profile → Verification”, upload a photo of your passport or ID card and a selfie.
For transaction amounts over the equivalent of USD 10,000, the system will automatically request address confirmation (utility bill).
KYC/AML is required to comply with international security standards and prevent money laundering. Without full KYC, transaction limits will be reduced.
What to do if the product does not match the description or does not pass?
In your personal account, open “My orders → Dispute” and select the reason (inconsistency with description/no delivery).
Attach evidence (photo, video, tracking number).
The escrow contract will block funds until the dispute is resolved.
Moderators or DAO arbitration make a decision within 3-5 business days: either a refund to the buyer or a transfer of funds to the seller.
