* **Team**– 8%

  The share subject to vesting (2 years) is pre-pledged.
* **Development & Advisers** – 20%\
  For payments to employees, as well as project advisors who took part in the development.
* **Liquidity & Marketing Making Fund** – 20%\
  Providing rewards for long-term staking and supporting liquidity on DEX.
* **Ecosystem Development Fund** – 10%\
  Funds for attracting users, promoting the platform, organizing events (AMA, competitions), etc.
* **Referral & affiliate program** – 7%

  To stimulate and attract new users and partners, including grant programs for integrations.

  Distribution among the first investors providing capital at the presale/seed round stage.

* Eligibility: Monthly Trading Volume X-amount for CEX, Min. Pool Depth on DEX

**Referral & affiliate program** (7%)

* No Cliff
* Vesting - 6 months, monthly unlock ≈1.17%
* Goals Achievement: X number of active new users per month, Referral retention rate greater than X%

**Ecosystem Development Fund (10%)**

* Unlocking in tranches synchronized with key stages of the Roadmap (Mainnet launch, listings, partnerships).
* Vesting - 12 months, ≈0,83% unlock per month

**ICO & Public sale (20%)**

* 50% available immediately after listing
* 25% available in 1 month after listing
* 25% available in 45 days after listing

**Early Investors (10%)**

* 20% immediately after listing
* 15% in 3 months after listing
